A LITTLE LOOK · BEHIND THE SCENES

A little ahead. A little more room.A fixed cushion becomes easy to ignore. Watch this little clock keep moving while its breathing room changes.

The goal: learn from routines and keep time connected to the plan. This 12-second illustration shows a changing cushion; it doesn’t learn or connect to your apps.

Drag scene pieces to move them. Shift-drag the monitor to move beyond its paper. Shift + arrow keys move; select Strawberry angel and press R to turn the keepsake. Home resets.

SHIFT ⇧

An independent product concept exploring a little more room in the everyday. Research, design, and a work in progress.

A little context +

SHIFT is an independent product exploration about making everyday structure feel more personal. I’m developing the idea through research, visual design, and prototyping.

The work is still in development, so I’m keeping the product details behind the scenes for now.

What are we really comparing?

Open the research notes +

The project is in progress. My role is to help build the research behind our comparison and make the tradeoffs easier to discuss. Different battery approaches raise different questions about materials, costs, reuse, and consumer priorities. Final findings will belong here when the work is ready. The linked proposal describes planned research; 50 survey responses is an assignment requirement, not a completed count.

Truth in Energy

Research Lead for an eight-member University of Houston student team in the Phillips 66 Truth in Energy case competition, examining NMC, LFP, and potential sodium-ion battery alternatives, with recycling and second-life use in the lifecycle comparison. We’re examining cost, supply-chain, environmental, and consumer tradeoffs.

A LITTLE CONTEXT / 02

Some structure.
Some instinct.

both belong here.

Go on, do the math.

I’m pursuing a BBA in Accounting at the University of Houston, with graduation expected in December 2028. I’m curious about people, numbers, and the ways they meet across industries. Insurance and banking are two places I’m exploring, with room to keep learning where that curiosity leads.
